2 cups mashed
beans
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 cup thin cream
1/2 cup steamed rice
Salt to taste
Take two cups
of boiled or a little less of mashed beans and the stewed tomatoes;
rub together through a colander.
Add salt, a
cup of thin cream, one half a cup of nicely steamed rice, and sufficient
boiling water to make a soup of the proper consistency.
Reheat and serve.
